Founded midway through the 18th century, Dorin is one of France’s, and the world’s, most historic producers of perfumes and makeup. Over the years, the Maison has lost none of the magnificence that first set it apart from its competitors, and it continues to build on its legendary heritage.

As has been the case since the Maison was first founded, all our products are handmade using traditional methods at the Dorin workshops. Today, the latter are located in the town of Gennes in the Pays de la Loire, a region of France internationally renowned for its picturesque landscapes and sumptuous castles.

Our fragrances are developed alongside French maîtres parfumeurs who, through their contributions, have written the latest chapters in the Dorin story. It takes many hours of experimentation before we settle on the magical formulae behind each of our perfumes.

The character of a perfume comes not only from its ingredients, but from its container. We are committed to working alongside French specialists in order to create our own unique bottles, decorative materials, labels and packaging. One of Dorin’s founding principles is to offer products that both reflect France’s world-famous art de vivre and that make the perfect gift for a loved one.

Once all these elements have come together, we oversee the entire fabrication process at our workshops, including the mixing, maceration, chilling, bottling and conditioning of each product.
